Management

SIF BANAT-CRISANA is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven members, elected by the shareholders general meeting for a 4-years’ term and authorized by the Romanian National Securities Commission. The current Board of Directors was elected in April 2005. The Chairman of the Board is also Company’s CEO.

The effective management is ensured by the Executive Management Board, empowered to co-ordinate company’s day-to-day activity and authorized by the Romanian National Securities Commission. The Executive Management Board is formed of the Chairman and CEO, the Deputy General Manager – Operations and the Deputy General Manager – Development.
