Dividend

SIF Banat-Crisana began paying regular annual dividends in 1996 in accordance with the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting.

Dividends are paid in a period not exceeding six months from the date of the Annual General Meeting that approves the dividend.

Dividends are distributed by postal order, bank transfer or in cash at the cashier desks of company’s headquarters and branch offices, depending on the number of shares held or the options expressed by shareholders.

The company informs its shareholders by press releases regarding the dividend payment dates and options.

Dividend withholding tax is levied at the source, in accordance with the legal provisions.
